Frequently Asked Questions

Which areas do you service?

We primarily service the northwest part of Fort Worth; however, we happily serve many surrounding areas. Not sure if we serve your area?  Give us a call to discuss options!  We are likely able to accommodate you.

How much debris will the dumpster hold?

You may completely fill the dumpster however please DO NOT fill above the side walls.  We still need to load the dumpster and tarp it for transportation.  Note that each dumpster size has a weight limit including in our standard pricing.

Is there a weight limit that the dumpsters may hold?

Our 20-yard dumpsters include 4,000 pounds of debris in our pricing, though there may be an extra fee for extra tonnage that is dumped if the amount is above 4,000 pounds.  Similarly, we offer 30-yard dumpsters which include 5,000 pounds of debris in our price.

Your website doesn't show the dumpster size I'm needing; do you have other options?

While we may not carry a specific dumpster size, we will happily recommend others that may help fulfill your needs.  Even though we may not always be able to assist, we want to help to the best of our abilities.

Do you have extra fees when renting dumpsters?

Though we keep our pricing upfront, there may be additional fees incurred due to the following: overweight charges, additional time allotment (days over initial rental period x daily rate), and dry runs.  A dry run would occur if we were scheduled to pick up your dumpster and are not able to do so due to not having proper access or clearance to retrieve the dumpster.

Are there extra fees for any items placed in the dumpsters?

Similar to the question above, electronics and appliances require extra fees due to extra disposal costs.  This includes items such as refrigerators, microwaves, and stove ovens.

Electronics include and are not limited to televisions, monitors, video displays, laptops, similar electronic devices, and certain appliances containing LED, LCD, plasma, and other electronic displays.

What is NOT allowed to be placed in the dumpsters?

  • batteries

  • fluorescent light bulbs

  • liquids (including paint, stains, and all chemicals)

  • hazardous, biohazardous, and radioactive waste

  • household cleaning products

  • motor oil, gasoline, and antifreeze

  • tires

  • pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers

  • propane tanks

  • ammunition

What are the space requirements to accommodate a roll-off dumpster rental?

While our dumpsters are less than 20 feet long, please make sure you have about 10 feet of clearance behind where the dumpster should be placed to allow access to the swinging doors in the rear of the dumpster.  This will make life easier when loading the dumpster.  We deliver using a gooseneck trailer (the kind that connects into the bed of a truck similar to a semi).  The truck and trailer are roughly 50 feet in length plus we need space to drop off the dumpster.
